Ascan Avenue in Queens

This three bedroom apartment on Ascan Avenue in Queens was small and dreary. The light was dim and the colors were dated. After our full renovation, it felt more spacious and contemporary.

With the right plan and materials, we were able to bring life and value to a home without adding a square inch to the floor plan. For example, the kitchen felt very cramped. We removed a non-load bearing wall between the living room and the dining area. This made the apartment more spacious. With the wall gone, the view into the kitchen was opened up, showcasing the fully updated masterpiece. With a gleaming backsplash and countertops, all-new appliances and plumbing fixtures, newly installed cabinets, an expansive window to let in natural light, as well as new hardwoods, the kitchen deserves to be featured.

?ew hardwoods were installed the living room and hallways, which were enhanced with the newly installed moldings, trim, and even doors. Adding a touch of charm, a custom closet was added to the hallway.

Both bathrooms underwent the full makeover. We installed classically intricate tile floor designs. The master bedroom received a new tub. The plastic shower in the second bath was replaced with an elegantly tiled shower, creating fresh tranquil retreats in both spaces.

In addition to the notable craftsmanship and interest adding details, we rewired the apartment and added recessed lighting, modernizing the apartment inside and out. This full renovation featuring its timeless style and expert updates is a brilliant investment that the homeowners will never regret.
