Cedar Grove Ave, Staten Island

What will be your first idea when a client requests a full renovation of a house that was damaged by the hurricane and the owners had only 4 weeks to move in? The mission seems to be impossible, right? It seems there is nothing that can frighten our crew. So, we took on the challenge and got straight to the renovation.

We couldn't miss a single hour. The owners sold their apartment and had 4 weeks only to move in the house. The building wasn't inhabited for 6 years after the hurricane, which meant that we had to revive everything from scratch literally.

This is the house for young family with a baby, so everything needed to be made clean and safe from inside and out. We painted the house throughout and refinished floors. Old doors were replaced with the new ones made from the natural materials. All metal railings were replaced with the wooden ones. What's more, we added wooden 'grills" above the stairs, thus making it a safer place for the kid.

There are 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in this house from  Staten Island. The bathroom was installed with a new shower and tile. As per the living room and the kitchen, these were skim coated with plaster. In just 4 weeks, the house was ready to move into.
