This seemed to be hard and almost impossible to revive this 3 apartments house that was damaged heavily by the water. The owners decided to renovate the space, as well as do an alteration of the first floor.

We started off with the removal of the ceilings, walls, and floors that were damaged by the flood. Next, we run mold remediation, which was followed by the installation of new insulation, walls, ceilings, and hardwood floors. The renovated building became much safer and resistant.

Additionally, the homeowners ordered the alteration of the first floor and the cellar. The old stairs were replaced with the new spiral stairs that lead from the first floor to the cellar. The new robust construction will serve the homeowners for years to come.

What's more, the cellar was made firm and reconstructed. We added 1 bathroom and equipped it with all utilities needed for a comfortable stay.

Additionally, the wooden deck was replaced with the stronger metal construction that's enhanced with the concrete slab.

In the backyard, there are tile on the deck and patio being installed.
