The total renovation of the 3 bedroom apartment near American Museum of National History lasted for no longer than 10 weeks. The outdated design and utilities were the first that captured the eye as we walked in. However, there is nothing impossible for a team of pros who know how to do the job in the best way. So, we got straight to business.
There are 3 bedrooms and 2 baths in the apartment. Our job was to renovate one of the bathrooms. What we did was the full replacement of fixtures and installation of a new tub among plenty of other things. Thanks to the new marble mosaic floor, the bathroom gained the modern and usable look. Additionally, there were 2 scones added, which brought a special charm to the interior.
The rest of the apartment was revived as per the Code. We sanded floors and painted the interior throughout. Picture and frame moldings were replaced. As per the walls and ceilings, these were plastered with the high-end, museum grade plastering.
The results that we attained in the end were enjoyed by both the apartment owners and the crew. The bedrooms were fully renovated as per the modern-day standards, with the usability and comfort in mind.
We took care of removing all furniture and other things so that nothing was damaged during the work. The owners of the apartment stayed inside during the entire process of the renovation.
